We know, we know….. there is no such place as Devonshire (it is simply Devon), but nevertheless our Devonshire teas are real enough.  Freshly baked scone, whipped cream, jam and your choice of tea or coffee.  Gluten free scones available.  World famous in Marlborough.

Or how about our Pātaka speciality giving a Marlborough twist on the Devonshire Tea   – “Devonshire Wine”.  Same freshly baked scone, jam and cream, but ditch the tea or coffee and indulge in a glass of Lake Chalice wine as an accompaniment.  We think the Falcon Range pinot gris works particularly well, but feel free to order a glass of your particular favourite.

A Pātaka high tea makes it a real occasion.  A range of freshly made sandwiches, savouries and decadent cakes.  All served with your choice of tea, coffee, wine or beer.

Our high teas are all baked and prepared fresh for you in the kitchen so must be pre-booked.

Its the perfect way to celebrate a birthday, wedding anniversary or family reunion.

A cheese tasting plate is the perfect way to experience some of our local cheeses.

Settle yourself down and savour four cheeses, some of Marlborough’s garlic noir along with crackers and condiments.

Of course if you feel a glass of wine will enhance your cheese tasting experience we will be happy to pour a glass to sip along the way. (cost of wine not included)
